The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated's 117 chapters are grouped into regions. The regions have been formed according to geographical location. The organization is organized into five regions; each under the supervision of a Regional Director. Epsilon Tau, Decatur, Georgia chapter is located in the Southeast Region.​
