Kappa Omicron Tau (KOT) is the College Guidance Group of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated.

Chapters with a KOT affiliate group are committed to offering a variety of experiences that will enable the college guidance group to become competent, dedicated and effective educators. The chapter provides guidance, career counseling, community service opportunities, educational advice and training in leadership skills for college students. All interested candidates must display good moral character and maintain at least a “C+” grade point average.

PURPOSE

• To interest more scholars (male and female) in training for a teaching career or other related educational career.

• To have the College Guidance Program become operative in the college life of these scholars.

• To expand the knowledge of and interest in the philosophy of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated.
